Yes Digital Signature is compulsory and Form 10B is aplicable to you which has to be uploaded by your CA online.
As far as Income Tax Return is concerned - ITR7 is also to be filled online with digital signature.

whether we have to get the digital signature for trusts who are required to get 10B report
you need digital signature of trustee who is authorised to sign the returns of trust.
Form 10B is to be signed by CA, so CA will get his own digital signature.
What if the digital signature is not there of the assessee. In that situation, can you please guide me what can be done. How Form 10B can be filed without DSC of the client. DSC of CA is available. But not of client. Then??
