Digital Signature can be procured from DSC LRA near your area or you can send your documents to me as i am a dsc reseller of n-code digital signatures.
you have to send a form after filling all the details asked (Form can be sent to you if u give ur email id.
along with your self attested PAN CARD XEROX
self attested address proof.
DSC is of 1 YR & 2 YR Validity.
Prices depend on the period of validity

If you know pan then(otherwise first KNOW YOUR PAN from incometaxindia.gov.in) you have to submit "Request for new pan or/and changes in pan data" form which is available at any pan service center or internet or near stationary vendor.
