Dear sir,
I filed form AOC-4 in which I wrongly entered AGM date as 29-09-2018 in actual it is 28-09-2018. While filing form MGT-7 it is showing error mismatch in date of AGM. Attachments in form AOC-4 also consists 28-09-2018 as AGM date.
What should I do in such a case to rectify such mistake?

raise a ticket to MCA
Attach a note in MGT -7 mentioning that the date which was mentioned in AOC-4 is wrong and hence we are unable to fill the correct date in MGT-7. The correct date of AGM is _______ please consider the same.
Any update. Were you able to rectify the form.
