Difficulties face in claiming Exemption Us 10 (23C) (iiiad) in ITR 7 for AY 2018-19.
Educational institutes does not having 12A /registration and having Gross receipt below Rs. 1 Crore can Claim Exemption Us. 10 (23C) (iiiad) in
ITR 7 U/s. 139(4C). But ITR 7 asking for the Date of Registration/ Approval and name of the Authority, Actually there's is no any such provisions
for claiming Exemption Us. 10 (23C) (iiiad). due to such blank info in ITR 7 we are not enable to file ITR 7 , What to do ???
Answer is requested as early as Possible.
