IF YOU KNOW THE PROVISIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT MATTERS OF YOUR SUBJECT OF INTEREST YOU WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEMS IN SELECTION.

His worry is that he is supposed to be working in one place as per ICAI records but actually he is somewhere else.....

Will they do something to his articleship is the question he is more worried about...

Even secondment provisions are not complied....

I THINK HE SHOULD NOT DISCLOSE ABOUT THE FACT THAT HE WAS REGISTERED ELSEWHERE RATHER THAN HE WAS WORKING ACTUALLY FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD.

SO AS PER MY VIEW IN THIS CASE HE SHOULD NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THE FACT OTHERWISE HE WOULD BE IN TROUBLE IF SOME OF HIS WELL WISHERS REPORT IT TO THE ICAI.

SO DO NOT TELL TO ANY ONE ABOUT THIS.

 AND PLEASE DONT SEND ANYTHING ABOUT THIS FACT TO ICAI PLEASE OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE A GREAT DISASTER FOR YOUR FRIEND.

Need not to worry mr Irumbu even the same thing happened to me also. Only the member under which the article is registered matters not the place of work.

There also he is in trouble....

The member under whom he is registered, is not partner in his real firm....

Just that his firm is having a good relation with the member, so he helped out....

Stipend etc he is getting from his real firm....

Any suggestions?
