As per Certificate of Incorporation, name of my company is <company_name> (OPC) Private Limited. Now, I am publishing one book in amazon and I have to fill up w8ben-e form there. But, there I see amazon does not accept "(" and ")" in name of the company. So, I have to write it as <company_name> OPC Private Limited. Will it cause any legal concern while filing taxes etc ? I would be very much thankful if someone can advise me on this. Thanks.
