Say Filed ITR3(Old Name ITR-4) in AY16-17 Can I File ITR-4(Old Name ITR-4S) In AY17-18 Or Have To Continue With ITR3(Old Name ITR-4) In AY17-18

Selection of ITR has to be strictly as per the income prescribed
as given at income tax e-filing portal
Thank For Reply Question Is Assessee Is Professional, Small Business, Has Gross Receipt Less Than 20Lac, For AY16-17 Files ITR4(Now ITR3) Can He Now File ITR4(OldName ITR-4S) in AY17-18 Taking Advantage Of Section 44ADA, Is It Mandatory To Continue With Previous ITR Type.
no its not compulsory to follow previous year itr type.
