Different business under one GST
one of my client has three business and three companies. He is willing to get all business under one roof by Pvt Ltd. So client can have three sifferent business under one GST? yes or no please explain. client t has construction business, eco friendly plates manufacturing business and lodging business. let me know if it's possible.

yes it is poasible u can take gst number for different businesses coz when u regisyer for gst no

Yes , you can add all 3 business to one company under One PAN
is it in the law? which section
read sec 25 (2) of registration read with rule 11
explanation- if any business have different business segments but in one state he has two option whether to take one registration for all 3 business segment or take seperate regn for all 3 business
so it depend on u u want to take burden of 3 registration or go with one registration and manage under one regn
