Can be used in emergency... Bt its advisable not to use two different pen in same exam... Ya i used two different blue pens in exam and nothing gonna happen... My result came...
In the November 17 exams most students write their first or second exams in blue pen as they didn't aware of use of black pen only... And their results came and not withheld.... These things not matter so much in ca exams
