Difference between the assessee and non assessee registratio

good morning ,

i have registered as non assessee in service tax, and im paying the tax amount from past 2 years but unable to file the return. got to know from aces department that i cant file the service tax returns as im a non assessee.im ok with that!..........but what i want know is

1) will there be any problem in future if ill not file the returns? 

2) my gross income is more than 10lakhs, do i need to convert to assessee from non assesse to file returns?

please do help me im cunfused

Actually, you are an assessee. Only thing you are confused a bit. Take help of any local tax consultant who can guide you how to register and file your ST returns.

E.G. I regularly pay EMI of my car, that automatically denotes myself as its OWNER.

But I can't drive it, that doesn't label me as NON-OWNER.

I have hired a good trainer who teaches me all the aspects of driving. Once I am accustomed with clutch with accelerator and stearing with brakes, I am going to hand over a sweetbox to him and say, " Thank you so much, I have your contact no. Please come again, whenever called upon."

What changed myself from non-owner to owner!
