We never filed 3b Self. always filed through service provider now as on 31 March books balance and portal credit ledger difference for Rs two and 50 Paisa.it happened two to below in example
in February ITC as per books 12031.25 but service provider priliged the value 12032.in March month ITC 1670.10 but service provider priliged the value 1671please suggest what to do

Nothing to worry... you can roundoff figures in your Books for exact match on reporting date..
