can anyone tell me what is the exact difference between Ind AS and IFRS...???

Ind as is Indian accounting standard and ifrs issued by UK
ind as is converged form than detailed is ifrs.
ind AS are a converged form of financial reporting standards tht v hve changed as per our indian economy while ifrs are the financial reporting standards of UK accepatable worldwide
