will it be correct if i say Indian GAAP and Accounting Standards is one and the same thing ? if it's same then why there are two names ? if not same then what is the difference ?? plz help..???

Indian GAPP is not came into existence
it is under proposal and it is not accepted till now
if it is came into existence than it is replaced with AS
