What is difference between accountant and accounts executuve? I am working in private limited company as Accounts Executive. I am handling all accounting work on my own. currently I am involved in Tax audit. Should I work as Accountant in this company? I am getting salary of Rs.8000. Should I deserve Rs.12000 as salary.

AS far as i see, its just indian and MNC name for same post, Accountant is indian name for guy who does accounting, Accounts executive is the MNC name for guy who execute accounts recording... zero difference. and should you deserve better salary is upto the level if work you can handle.
