ATC is 1st group of IPCC 4 papers then 9 months study course then 1 year of article have to do to get ATC certificate, this for who wanted knowledge of accounts and who dont want to do ca or who cant continue..IPCC is who want to continue and to complete ca for them..After ATC also you can take 2nd group of IPCC but its long process...In IPCC you have  2group of 7 papers.after that 3 years articles...then final...all the best
