Did not submit form 112

Please read the Instructions on the last page of form 112 and regarding delay and follow the same.

I have same query.

I have joined CA , B.Com and CS.

But not submitted Form 112 to ICAI

thanks for the reply, but I am pursuing 2 courses and my B.com will finish only in june 2013. Is it better that I submit a condonation letter after that or will institute condone me even though I pursue both at a time.

Both the courses can be pursed if you are not attending any college or coaching class.

i'm sorry, but one can only fill that form for one course right? So how can I do that for two and to whom shall I send it along with the letter?

Varun continue with there 2 courses and just  as a precautionary measure do not utter a single words about this to your friends who are also stdying ca with you.

ICAI will never come to know about what are u pursuing unless ICAI is informed , so its either you who will inform(Form 112) or some one close to you. So need not take unnecessary tension and go  on with  your stuides.

Now, that's the problem, many of my friends and relatives know this. Also I heard that ICAI will come to know about this during campus placements program is that true?
 

Varun. Dont worry just fill the form 112 ,and if you are late then pay to icai through DD.
Thats all. there is no harm by doing so.

will it be fine even if i am pursuing 2 (distance courses without any classes) courses? How shall I fill the form 112 for two courses

ok do 1 thing. visit your nearest chapter and ask them solution of  this problem and  if they say you have to fill 2 112forms than proceed according to that.
I mean to say ask only to whom who have actually solution.
and dont hesitate because Icai staff are actually helpful if you ask them seriously

Submit Form 112 in respect of either of the two courses (better, IGNOU). Only one addtional course will be allowed while undergoing articleship!

please share your experience as the same case happened with me i am a ca final student and does not submit form 112 during articleship ....as at the time of registration as article i was a regular bcom student after that i converted my bcom from regular to correspondence and bcom degree that i recieved is of non collegate .....will it affect me in any manner if i send form 112 now ...or if i never show my graduation to icai in future ......if i send it now then what documents are required to be attached with form 112 and fees ....as of today my bachlor degree has come..please advice me what should i do ...thank you in advance
