Hi, I had filed my income tax return on June 2013. I got the mail from income tax department that my hard copy is received on 16/08/2013. I received ack or ITR V and my status is showing as ITR V Received on income tax website. But still i did not received intimation u/s 143(1). There was nill tax pending or nor any refund. Can you please let me know what should do now. I had called mutliple times to Income tax customer care and everytime i got answer to wait as it is in processing.

You are required to do nothing.Your return is in process.Further as you have mentioned that their is neither any tax pendancy nor any refund due, so the acknowledgement or ITR v shll be deemed to be an intimation.
