I am attaching herewith the Annual Return (word document) format. Please use "tab" key or "mouse" while filling up the form. Do not use "Enter" key while doing data entry in the form. Additinal information if any can be prepared in a separate sheet and attached with Form 20B

Annual return is to be filled every year withing 60 days from the date of AGM.

it is to be signed by two directors one of whom should be Managing Director, if any and Company Secretary, if any.

In case of Listed Company, annual Return should be signed by practising company Secretary.
