Am a proprietor and a MNC COMPANY employee can i file both bank transaction in one ITR?

I register my online advertising business in MSME 2019. So, am a proprietor now. am not aware about ITR at that time. I DON'T EVEN FILE ITR TILL NOW.also i don't have GST. Sept 15,2021 - may 10,2022 - i worked in private company.Total transaction for all banks is under 3 lacks.In between this days I do some freelance works under my company( no gst).

Now, am planning for 2023Sept intake for italy student visa.I need bank loans . they need 3 years ITR Data. (my brother filed ITR for 2 years already but he missed one bank account ( pls notify me any chance to correct it).
Is that enough to get loans in banks. otherwise I have to file ITR for my father (farmer) now.

Am not earning from business that much level. (2.60) lacks is my total Bank account amount. from 2019

My question are:

1)can i file ITR for past 3 years? is there any way?

2) can I file both proprietor and salary transaction in one ITR( pls Mention which ITR applicable for this( ITR-3 or 4)note: am going to file Belated

3) pls mention any solution for my brother's ITR issue.

4) In Italy embassy, they may ask the details like your going to study masters in business related course, why you don't file GST, ITR for past years(2019,2021). (for 22& 23) i will do .

(pls give good answer for this?)

5) I work for my business when I got the project. remaining time o work for freelance,or private company. With being a proprietor, working for a private MNC company is a crime? (0nly 8 months), local company (6 months) is a crime ? As per company's act. because, am going to add this experience in my cv. for admission process, visa people also watch my sop/ cv
( what is my answer for this?)

6) how to get loans without itr or low budget collateral/ or without colleteral. i tried so 3 banks ( Indian ,sbi,iob) rejected me.

7) for property ( one in my mom's name) other properties are in my father's father name( grandfather). he didn't seperated till now. but we and uncle's (are ruling the agricultural land by word seperation. can I submit this un registered land as a property for getting education loan on banks?

8) what is best amount for Msme
annual turnover without tax ( number)?
