Technically it is not exempted or nil rated. just zomato is paying on restuarant behalf. which is why I'm confused.
Yes technically it is not but department has suggested this methodology through circular
Yes, the department has suggested reporting the above-mentioned supply in Table 8 of GSTR-1 and Table 3.1 (c) of GSTR-3B, for the time being, vide its circular dated 167/23/2021-GST dated 17th December 2021
