Retainership fees are treated as professional services hence TDS should be charged @ 10% U/s 194 (J)
But retainership means charges paid to any professional to retain him ...
and if we are paying retainership to advertising agency then would not be in relation to maintain any professional ....
Then how can be TDS applied at the rate of 10%...
