Which IT Return to file?

I have income of Rs 4 lakh from part time miscellaneous works (like private home tuition, stitching, small shop etc) in a particular FY. My question is -

1. Is my income can be considered as income from other sources and can I file ITR 1?
2. Else suggest which ITR to file?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) to file for individuals with miscellaneous income, such as from part-time work, tuition, or small businesses. The consensus suggests that if your income is primarily from these 'other sources' and doesn't fall under business or profession, ITR 1 might be applicable. However, if ITR 1 is not suitable, ITR 2 is recommended as the correct alternative.

ITR 3 IS NOT CORRECT.
