ITR 4 of FY 2019_20
can we file ITR 4(Nil) for financial year 2019_20 now ?...either with penalty or without?....

No you cannot file return now for AY 20-21 but can be filed under condonation of delay by getting approval from CIT
Yes you can file you return in ITR 4 upto 31 may 2021 without any late fees

Yes you can till 31.05
But he has to pay late fee
If Income below 2.50L then No late fees.
