how to calculate ITC to be reversed on such goods?

Gstr10 is final return filled filled after cancellation , surrender or closing of business
again the registered person if buy from URD then the recipient of good and supply is of goods and services where such supply is of taxable supplies .no RCM in case of exempted supplies
