Yes eway bill is required and yes he can sale but if interstate movement of goods is involved then u have to register compulsory except where u r selling handicraft goods I.e in case of interstate supply of handicraft goods limit of registration applies
Sir in above question i m asking for within state transaction. my querry is the goods sold with in state. but if goods checked in between then what about bill
Yes unregistered person can also generate eway bill u have to generate if the conditions of eway bill applies
