How to file FLA return of RBI and it's website FLAIR is not working what to do?

FLA return form is available on the rbi.gov.in website. download it from there. fill all the related info and submit to the bank or concerned authority.
Thank you for your answer but now FLA return is web-based and it has to be filled online
