TDS & GSTR 1 - 30.06.20

GSTR 3B- 03.07.20, 29.06.20, 24.06.20

For Ag turnover upto 1.5Cr; 1.5 Cr to 5Cr; Beyond 5Cr respectively.

What is the Due Date ..... that is being ask by Querist.

As per Circular 137/7/2020 GSTR 7 can be filed by 30/6/2020 with any late fee.

As per Notification 31/2020 CT :

Taxpayer having aggregate turnover below 1.5 crore can file GSTR 3B for march2020 by 3/7/2020 with late fee

Taxpayer having aggregate Turnover more than 1.5 crore but not exceeding 5 crore can file GSTR 3B for March 2020 by 29/6/2020 without any late fee.

Taxpayer having aggregate Turnover more than 5 crore can file GSTR 3B for march 2020 by 24/6/2020 without any late fee.
