Visit this link and enter name, dob and fathers name of director. After that you can view din application and obtain pan no from that.

The question is why do you want to know someone's PAN number ? Why it is required by you ?

Nothing, upon opening link, it simply open "Home> my workspace"
You have to create an account first in that portal

If u have din no. then prefill in form dir-12 or other similar form
