After the incorporation of the Company, the company should apply for relevant licences like:
a. Trade Licence
b. GST registration
c. PAN/TAN , if not yet taken
d. Professional Tax
Further the below obligations to be fulfilled during the year:
a. Appointment of Auditors
b. Conducting atleast 2 or 4 board meetings during the year as applicable
c. AGM
d. Annual Filing
