is there any chance of filing missing details of gstr1 even after filing annual return. is there any favourable points with new concessions announced

Annual Return ( FORM GSTR-9 ) once filed, cannot be "Revised".

REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTY ORDER ( RoD ) issued :

The Government of India has issued "Order No. 10/2019 - Central Tax, dated 26.12.2019," which seeks to EXTEND the DUE DATE for furnishing of Annual Return/Reconciliation Statement in FORM GSTR-9/FORM GSTR-9C for FY 2017-18 till 31.01.2020.
