Gst e-commerce operator

sir, my client has firm started own website and app for selling our own Textiles goods. whether it is e- commerce operator or normal sales?
pls explain sir

No such person will not be treated as E commerce operator. Sales through its own website will be normal sales.

Thanks sir, my firm purchase Textiles raw material from local and after some bleaching or dyeing to create dhooties ( it has final sales to customer)to fix brand name of firm name
so it's a manufacturing Textiles goods .
it's not a e- commerce operator or normal business?

Yes Dear @ srikumar, merely manufacturing the goods instead of trading does't arise the question whether such person is a e commerce operator or not.
Also in GST there is only the "supplier" on which 99.99% law is based upon, no bifurcation of manufacturing or trading is required for this kind of classification.
