a defence person from Indian Navy earning salary now he retire from his job before 2 year he wants to file his income tax return which details required for filing his income tax return and whose TAN no. required while filing IT return?

Form 16 received from employer, pan number and e filing password.
retired person doesn't have his from 16 he has only peaion account in bank in which he get salary every month
