I made late fee of Gstr 3B for the month of October 18 rupees 800 for nil return .But message still show that pay your liability please help

GST meeting conducted on Dec 22. Notification for the contents of the meeting were not issued till date.So we have to wait till the notification and change in GST portal.If u want to file u need to file with late fee as of now incase u don't want your interest to get maximized.

I already paid late fee for month of October 18. But still message are showing. Late fee waived for july 17 to sep 18. in letest meeting 22 dec but I am talking about Oct 18

usually when u file ur September return after the due date u will get the same late fee in the month of October.so incase u have delayed Oct return u will get the same in Nov return.if ur are talking about the dialogue box which states regarding late fee even if u have filed within due date just save the return u will automatically get the late fee updated
