we have miss time due to eror in sep 2018 GSTR1 RETURN AND TIME OUT .HAVE ANY OTHER PROCEDURE TO ANY METHOD TO AMMEND BILLS LIKE AS GSTR9

such cases can be amended in GSTR 1 for next months up to sept 2019

If You are not Filed Your September GST returns then You can amend on or before month of September return...

As per GST rules if we are filed September return then No way for amendment or ITC claim for PY details... But, You can show the details in GSTR Annual return...
