What is the procedure to voluntary delist shares from one of the Stock Exchange.

if company is to be delisted from stock exchange and is still listed on any stock exchange having nationwide terminal then there are less compliances
however company is delisting from all STX or from every STX having nationwide terminal then we have to follow reverse book building process.
