Application copy for taking articleship transfer in 2nd year

This is Anuj Kumar,

I am taking tranfer in 2nd year of my articleship and my CA is ready to give transfer but not helping me in the reason for transfer.

Please share me a copy of the prior permission letter in which a valid reason for taking transfer was used. So that ICAI permits my transfer easily without any delay
