My bank FD tds deducted since 2012 -13 .but I can fill itr in assesment year 2019 & will refund amount?

ITR Filing available only ay 18-19...
You can't claim all TDS amount in AY 18-19 return...
If You will claim all TDS amount as refund then file condonation delay request to Jurisdictionall CIT...
