purchase a new apartment .how gst is ?
while purchasing a new apartment from a registered builder how much percentage the GST ? At what ratio the builder will suppose to give back the input to us?

it's 12% , but kindly elaborate your query : are you running a business of buying and selling of property ? or what ?
i am not doing such type of business.i am buying a new apartment (flat) for my recidence only
then you won't be getting any input as inputs are available for purchase of goods or services for furtherance of business and you aren't doing any such business .
