Which tax is charge, depend on location of supplier and place of supply if both are in same state then sgst and cgst will charge, if both are in different state then Igst will charge,
Tell me first where is both location, and what is supplying

supplier bill to other state and ship to in same state..
supplier and consignee are from Delhi but buyer is from up.place of supply is Delhi then which tax will be charged by supplier.Igst or cgst and sgst?
