we are government contractor. we taking loading truck and dumper on monthly rent basis from urd person and fuel of those vehicle is our responsibility.
my question is
1. RCM IS APPLICABLE FOR THIS TRANSECTION
1 TDS APPLICABLE
TDS is applicable as per the I-T act I think its 1% or 2% for Non-Com or Com deductee and RCM under GST is applicable if the party is not levying the GST but in case of URD the same is relaxed till 30 June 2018
