You can file ITR 4

If Your agri income is above 5k then You ll file ITR 3 for AY 18-19...

but sir ITR 4 is only if agri income upto ₹5000 ., we have agri income more than ₹1 lac,

Yes... You are exactly correct.

Then You can go to file ITR 3 for AY 18-19...
