ipcc doubts
can anybody tell me when a student has not cleared IPCC group 1 are eligible for group 2.

yes, student is eligible for 2nd group as well.
Its depend upon student that which group he wants to clear.
when I can registered for may 2019
Registration must be done before 9 months of appearing Exams.
