Notification For Exemption Of Eway Bill (Broom)

Sir, my query is that during movement of goods (broom) the department wants eway bill on above goods but we all know that eway bill has been exempted on broom (HSN 9603) but they want the copy of official notification, under which it had been EXEMPED .SO I WANT TO KNOW THE NOTIFICATION UNDER WHICH IT HAS BEEN EXEMPED
