on September and December qu return I had pay tax on tax free sales,have any changes on march qu return for the composite dealer.any new provisions made for tax free column.

No,.. from Jan onward no need to pay tax on tax-free sale
yeah...from January 2018,u have to pay Gst only of taxable goods...
