Tds paid through cheque for a wrong financial year can be revised?

no you are not requiered to revised it. you can used/utilised that challan in your current F.Y. and 1 year before and 1 year after the P.Y. in which such challan is paid.

you can correct the chalan details i.e A.Y, Section code from traces login, you will get an option to correct chalan details.
