Can a NRI can start a real estate business in India( as Pvt LTD company).If so what all procedure should be followed. What all sections shall I go through.

the NRI start pvt.company in india but as per the company act in private company required min 2 out of all director one who is a residents of india either incorporate foreign company
which all act shall I go through . What about FEMA guidelines
Is they are eligilble to start real estate business in india
