Invoice without GST
I am a service provider and i am not registered in GST because my turnover don't touch threshold limit, so i want to know that can i raise an invoice without GST.

yes you can. even if you are selling to registered person.
If you are not registered with GST due to turnover below threshold limit, you can issue invoice without GST. But , you can't charge GST from your customers.
