can an assessee change his decision every year regarding his own house when he possess more than 2 houses?
please give me clarification regarding this.

I mean while computing income from house property can assessee choose most profitable one if possess more than one HP every year
Yes you can . if you have two self occupied properties then you can choose one as Self occupied and other Deemed let out property,which ever is beneficial .
can I change my opinion every year based on beneficial to me
