is Gstr1 , to be submitted by Jan10th 2018, also applicable for composition dealers??

Yes, GSTR1 last date is today.
Quarterly returns for composition dealers i.e. GSTR- 4 and its last date of filing was 24th Dec 2017 for the quarter July to September 2017 and October to December 2017 the last date of filing GSTR4 is 18th January 2018.

GSTR 1 has to be filed every taxpayer except Composition Scheme taxpayers, Non-Resident Foreign taxpayers, TDS deductor, E commerce Operators and Input Service Distributors as there are separate returns for them. But GSTR 4 has to be Taxable Person opting for Composition Levy
