I have entered each month GSTR1 detail including august month, due to changes in the criteria for ><1.5cr i have selected qtr return.
In GST portal doesn't allow me to file august month what should i do for filing aug month.

Please file the quarterly return including the details of Aug and September
just select September and add invoices for the month of August and September if you have filed gstr 1 for July. If you have to file July then add invoices for July also.
October, November and December invoices are collectively added to the December quarter.
